Our Story

Age With Grace, LLC was founded by Holli Grace Ward to advocate for and assist older adults and their family in meeting goals as their need for care and services increase. Holli, a caregiver for her husband Richard, understands how difficult and fragmented resources are when caring for someone who is older or disabled. Through achieving her masters degree in Gerontology and personal experience, she has developed expertise and a unique empathy that will help guide you and your loved one through the labyrinth of care options.

Holli understands that many factors influence planning for long term care. In order to address the “whole” person from a social, medical, behavioral, and financial perspective, Holli continues expanding her education through a variety of avenues and her professional associations.

This allows us to help you and your loved one Age With Grace.

Testimonials

Hi Holli,

It has been a crazy couple of weeks but we are happy to report that Anna May is in her second day at Bridges and seems to be transitioning very well. One of our neighbors was visiting her mother at the facility and asked Anna May how long she had lived there. Without pause she said, “Years.” She then went off smiling to the newcomers event!

Your assessment really helped to get this transition kicked off and they found her to be exactly as you described.

The Gillett family can’t thank you enough for all your help getting mom through two challenging transitions.

We’ll keep in touch. Just let us know if there is ever a way we can be a reference for you.
